Joseph has delivered over 1,500 community events for clients which include TeamGB and the NFL. He has helped create commissions for Theatre in the Rough and Bournemouth Arts by the Sea Festival. In 2017, he managed touring logistics for ‘Betty for Schools’, an education programme which won four EVCOM Clarion Awards.
As a designer, Joseph collaborated with CATS winner (Critics’ Awards for Theatre in Scotland) Jamie Macdonald to make work for the Tron Theatre (Glasgow) and the Traverse Theatre (Edinburgh).

In 2018, Joseph teamed up with the People’s History Museum. He worked with excluded young people, creating artwork for public exhibition. The project won a Partnership Prize at the North West Cultural Education Awards (Curious Minds).
The same year, Joseph was shortlisted for the Stage One Regional Producer Placement for ‘outstanding entrepreneurial individuals’.
Jess Levinson Young
Between 2013 and 2017, Jess produced and presented events across the UK on behalf of EdComs, a communications agency specialising in education. Their “remarkable cumulative impact for good” won the EVCOM Clarion Grand Prix Award in 2017. During her time with EdComs, Jess represented organisations such as Dove, Clarks, Team GB, and Eon Energy.
In 2018, Jess joined Scarlett Entertainment and is now a Senior Production Co-ordinator. Her role at the company is to produce high- quality entertainment at more than 2,000 events every year. Previous engagements include the Range Rover Launch, Red Bull Racing Christmas Party, Cirque du Soleil After Party, and a Tiffany & Co. product launch.
